Q) Do You Offer Free Shipping?

A - Yes we do! We offer free UK shipping on orders above £55. You can find more info on our shipping policy page.

Q) How Do I Return An Item From The UK? 

A - We offer Free UK returns on all orders. You can simply return your item to us by following these easy steps:

1. Send us an email with your order number and let us know you would like to return your order.

2. Once we have received your order number we will send you a link to our returns portal.

3. Enter your order number and email address.

4. Either print off the free returns label at home or take your order to a local Post Office for them to print. 

5. Select which items you want to return and the reason why.

6. Returns can take up to 3 working days to be processed from the date they arrive at our warehouse. Once this has been processed you will receive an email to confirm.

7. Please ensure you ask for and keep your receipt for proof of postage, We cannot be held responsible for any items which are damaged or lost in transit.

Q) Where Are You Located?

A - We are located in Sheffield, UK - Here we fulfil all orders and accept returns.

Q) How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?

A - We have a no quibble 14 day returns policy. We hope you love your items however if for any reason you would like to return them thats no problems as long as they are returned to us within 14 days from when you received your order.
